About Us
We’re Ellis and Marilyn Eshelman, owners of Doodles For You. We are located in the upstate of South Carolina but serve clients across the United States and Canada. We can make arrangements to have a puppy delivered to you regardless of where you live.

Marilyn and I have been married for 24 years. She is the “apple of my eye!” Marilyn was raised as a city girl in Ames, Iowa. I was raised on a 360 acre farm in southwest Iowa. We raised cattle, hogs, sheep, chickens (for our consumption only), corn, soybeans, alfalfa, and oats. Growing up I did not appreciate the farm as my Dad’s work list never ended. But I thank the Lord for my farm upbringing as it taught me a work ethic that is so lacking in our young people today. I know this is true because I am a teacher. Marilyn is a bookkeeper.
We have been raising doodles for the past three years. I really enjoy breeding the doodles as it gives me just a little of the farm back. The adage that you can take the boy off the farm, but you can’t take the farm out of the boy is true!
